Is the speculation finally over? A senior adviser to Hillary Clinton tells CBS News Hillary will accept Barack Obama's offer to be his secretary of state. Confidants of Hillary's also tell the New York Times that though her move isn't formalized yet, and won't be announced until after Thanksgiving, Hillary has decided to relinquish her Senate seat and join the president-elect's cabinet as his top spokesperson on U.S. foreign policy matters. Barack and Hillary reportedly met in secret last week to discuss the idea of joining forces in the White House, and speculation about the progress of their reported talks has been running rampant since. Miley Cyrus is days away from turning sweet 16, and she's already a superstar. The daughter of country legend Billy Ray Cyrus scored with her Disney TV series Hannah Montana, went multi-platinum with her record albums and was a hit in her first big-screen venture, Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus Best of Both Worlds, chronicling her sold-out tour.  Now, she's joining John Travolta in the animated feature Bolt.    Q: Did you have fun going to recording sessions and only worrying about how you sounded? A: It was great. I kind of went in there in like my pajamas and just hung out. It was fun. No reason to get dressed up. They weren't taking my picture so it didn't matter. Q: Was it more of a challenge than Hannah Montana? A: You do have to adjust to just being heard and not seen. I had to get used to being expressive and really showing what I feel through my voice. But I'm very animated and upbeat, especially on my TV show, so I guess that helped.  Q: You also wrote a song for the soundtrack that you sang with John Travolta, who voices Bolt. A: It's called 'I Thought I Lost You.' I can't tell you how much fun it was to sing it with John. I'm going to be bragging about that for the rest of my life. Q: Did you connect with your character Penny's love of dogs? A: I spend a lot of time with my own. After watching this movie, I went, 'Oh my gosh, if anything happened to my dog, I would be so upset.' It just really makes you want to go home and give your dog a hug because it makes you realize how loyal they are. Q: Bolt is a dog who's going through a little self-discovery, isn't he? A: He believes that he really is the character he plays and I can understand how that can happen. I think it's really easy to fall into that trap in Hollywood -- to believe that you're almost like an alter ego of your onscreen persona. For me, that would be like this very glam kind of rocker chick. You have to learn how to turn that off when you go home and just sit around and hang out with your friends. So I think it's a good way to show that you have to learn how to turn that off every once in a while and just go home and be a normal kid. Q: Is it hard for people to believe that there's anything normal about your life with all the fan frenzy and media coverage you get? A: It's what I've grown up with - being around my father who's gone through the same thing. But when you have it happen to yourself, it's finally like, 'Oh, my gosh. Now I really understand what this is business is all about.' It's like the biggest blessing ever because it's so much fun. But it's not only about the perks, it's about the challenges. I just love the challenges. Q: Are you tough on yourself? A: I'm my own worst critic because I pick apart each little thing. When we did the movie of our tour [ Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus Best of Both Worlds], I was super nervous because I was watching myself on the big screen. Half of it was no hair and makeup, no wardrobe, no anything. It was raw. It's what our real life was. That was something new for me. Q: Now that you have your Hannah Montana clothing line, do you stress out a little more about how you look? A: I'm not always just perfect but that's what fashion is about. I think fashion is more like picking your style and wearing it -- taking who you are and showing it in your style. Fashion has always been a big deal for me and something that I've loved. The clothing line is so fun because it's not only the kind of things that I like. It's like more of a Hannah Montana look, where I can go crazy. There's no saying what I can and can't do. There's diamonds on everything. It's shiny and it's cool. ET has learned that Sasha and Malia Obama will study at the same private school another famous First Daughter once attended! Michelle Obama's rep tells us that Malia, 10, and Sasha, 7, are off to Sidwell Friends School -- the same den of knowledge Chelsea Clinton went to when her father Bill was prez. "A number of great schools were considered," Michelle's rep tells us. "In the end, the Obamas selected the school that was the best fit for what their daughters need right now." Jodie Sweetin files for separation with her hubby.Grown-up sitcom star Jodie Sweetin, famous for playing Stephanie Tanner on "Full House," is separating from her husband. Sweetin, 26, filed papers for legal separation from hubby Cody Herpin, 31, on Thursday, says People magazine. The couple married last summer and have a baby daughter together. Sweetin once credited Herpin as helping her get her life back on track after years of methamphetamine addiction, says the mag, adding that the two were planning a reality show together. Baby boy Bronx weighed in at 7 lbs., 11 oz, and measured 20 1/2 inches long.
