MINNEAPOLIS -- As his community cheered his newly successful heart transplant, 14-year-old Andrew Busskohl of Woodbury, Minn., told a reporter in 2004 that he had aced his favorite school subject -- health -- and shared his career aspirations.

The 19-year-old University of Minnesota student was undecided in the presidential election. So for a minimum of $10, he'd vote for whomever you liked. Or, if you so chose, for no one at all.
